It beats hayfever because this tangy spice can gradually immunize you from allergic reactions to pollen dust and other airborne substances.  Chilli peppers contain a lot of Vitamin C, an important anti oxidant.


Easy and Tasty - Spicy fusilli (or any type of pasta) with fried garlic
groundPrepration:  To make fried garlic, use 3 cloves garlic finely chopped. Heat some oil to fry garlic. Use the oil for fusilli. Cook 150gm fusilli, put aside.   Mixed  2-3 Tbsp SPC soy sauce, 2 Tbsp SPC chilli oil and the fried garlic in oil. Add all ingredients to fusilli and mixed well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
